Set your packages
Pick prices per pet size and per package. Wash-and-dry, or dry-only.
Customers self-serve
Pay, load, wash, dry — the machine runs the whole cycle and disinfects after each pet.
Watch the numbers
Orders and revenue appear live in your phone backend. Restock shampoo when it tells you.
Coin Operated Pet Wash ROI Example
A worked example. Send your numbers and we’ll model your site.
Card and QR money settles to your account. Coins collect in a locked vault box.
The backend shows every machine in one view. Operators run several sites part-time.
Owners who wash at home still pay for a fast, quiet dry.
Example only, not a promise. Results depend on pricing, location, traffic, and local costs.

Coin Operated Pet Wash FAQ
The questions vending buyers ask us most.
How do I collect the money?
Card and QR payments settle straight to your account through the payment provider. Coins drop into a locked vault box inside the cabinet — empty it on your restock visits.
Can I change prices later?
Yes, any time, from your phone. Set different prices for small, medium, and large pets, and separate packages for wash-and-dry or dry-only.
What about vandalism and theft?
The cabinet is steel, the coin vault is locked, and the machine is monitored — cameras record and abnormal events push alerts to your phone. Card and QR money never sits in the machine.
What if a customer wants a refund?
You see every order in the backend with its time and package. Refund through your payment provider, or handle it with a free wash code — your choice, your policy.
Does it work without internet?
Coin payment works offline. Cards, QR, and the phone backend need Wi-Fi or a SIM connection.
How much attention does it need?
Restock shampoo and conditioner, empty the coin vault, and give it a look-over. Most operators visit once or twice a week. The machine cleans itself between pets.
Can cats use it too?
Yes. The cabin is sealed and quiet, water holds at 38 °C, and there is no fragrance system — scent sprays harm cats, so we left them out. One machine serves both dogs and cats.
What is the lead time?
Within 25 business days after order confirmation, for single units and bulk orders alike. Shipping by sea, or FedEx / DHL / UPS if you are in a hurry.
