How Operators Run Them

Three real installation types, and what each one needed.

Cold-Climate Custom Build — Canada

The challenge. A Canadian operator wanted a self-serve pet wash that would keep working through a real winter — temperatures that crack ordinary cabinets and freeze standard water lines.

What we built. We co-developed the cabinet and configuration with the operator for the local climate: our weatherproof international-standard steel body, rated from −10 °C to 55 °C, with the wash and drying set up for cold-weather operation.

The result. The machine runs unattended through the Canadian winter, and the operator monitors it from a phone. It is one of many fully custom builds we ship for a specific market.

Self-Serve Forecourt — Retail Site

The challenge. A site already pulling in self-serve customers wanted a second revenue line from the same foot traffic — without adding staff hours or building a wet room.

What we built. A full automatic cabin placed on a corner of pavement the site already owned, using the water, power, and drainage already on site. The pet washes, dries, and disinfects itself between customers.

The result. The same customers now wash their dog while they are there, and the machine collects the revenue with zero added labour — earning nights and weekends alongside the rest of the site.

24/7 Community Installation

The challenge. A residential community wanted pet washing as an on-site amenity, available at any hour, without a staffed grooming room or fur going down the unit plumbing.

What we built. A sealed, self-cleaning cabin that residents operate themselves, monitored remotely from a phone. It disinfects itself after every pet, so there is no cleaning rota.

The result. Residents wash their pets at any hour, the operator watches status and revenue from anywhere, and the community gets the pet-friendly amenity renters actually use.
