How much does the PetWash Pro cost?
Most Pro buyers aren't after one machine; they're stocking a route, and that changes the math. Setting up a production run — sourcing, tooling, testing, export packing — costs us about the same for one unit or twenty, so a route order carries a per-unit figure a single-machine buyer won't see. What should I charge customers per wash?
Most self-serve pet washes in North America charge $10–$20 per wash. You set your own prices per package and per pet size on the screen, and change them any time from your phone, without visiting the machine.
Can it really sit outdoors, with no roof?
Yes. The weatherproof steel cabinet is rated for −10 °C to 55 °C and runs indoors or in open air. The cabinet itself is the shelter, so you don’t need to build one. If your winters drop below −10 °C, tell us your climate and we’ll advise on the setup; our Canadian build was configured exactly for that.
How do I collect the money?
Card and QR payments settle straight to your account through the payment provider. Coins drop into a locked vault box inside the cabinet — empty it on your restock visits.
Does it work without internet?
Coin payment works offline. Cards, QR, and the phone backend need Wi-Fi or a SIM connection.
What about vandalism and theft?
The cabinet is steel, the coin vault is locked, and the machine is monitored. Abnormal events push alerts to your phone. Card and QR money never sits in the machine.
What if a customer wants a refund?
You see every order in the backend with its time and package. Refund through your payment provider, or handle it with a free wash code — your choice, your policy.
How much weekly maintenance does it need?
Restock shampoo and conditioner, empty the coin vault if you take coins, and give it a look-over. Most operators visit once or twice a week. The cabin disinfects itself after every wash, and hair and waste water are collected automatically, so the drains stay clear. Those two jobs are what eat an open-tub operator’s week; here they’re designed out.
Can cats use it too?
Yes. Noise is what frightens a cat in a normal bath, and a hand-held force dryer runs past 100 dB — our drying stays at 65 dB or below. The cabin is sealed and quiet, water holds at 38 °C, and the cat is left alone rather than held down by a stranger. There is no perfume or essential-oil spray system either, because scent sprays harm cats' livers and kidneys, and the gentle shampoo still leaves a light fresh scent. We have full-cycle footage of a Ragdoll and a British Blue staying calm through the whole wash — ask and we will send it.
Which pets should not use it?
Pets that panic in tight spaces, and very old or unwell animals. The life sensors, 42 °C cutoff, and e-stop protect every pet inside, but a calm pet gets a better wash. For an anxious pet, suggest dry-only mode first and let the owner watch through the window.
What is the cat-ear top in the photos?
A removable decorative panel shaped like cat ears. It adds about 260 mm to the 1900 mm body, for 2160 mm total. It exists to make the machine visible and photographed — take it off for low ceilings and the machine works exactly the same.
What is the lead time and minimum order?
