What is an automatic self-serve dog wash machine?
It is a sealed cabin the pet owner uses without staff: they pay, load the dog or cat, and the machine runs a full seven-step wash, dries the pet, and disinfects itself for the next one. Think of it as the next generation of the self-serve dog wash — no hand-held hose, no attendant.
Which model should I choose?
By pet size and floor space. PetWash Max (double-door flagship) and Pro (single-door) take any dog to 70 kg. PetWash Store is the same wash in a 78 cm-wide cabinet for tight aisles. PetWash Mini is for cats and dogs to 15 kg. PetWash Tub is a staffed open bath with a dryer. Match your pet size and your floor width against that list and you have your model.
Are these coin-operated or card-operated?
Both, plus QR. Every automatic model (Max, Pro, Store, Tub) takes payment through a Nayax terminal — coins, cards, tap, and mobile wallets, 80+ channels depending on your country. You set the prices from your phone. The Mini has no terminal, as it is built for indoor or home use.
What shampoo do the machines run on?
You supply it, so you choose it. Operators run an organic, animal-friendly shampoo and conditioner, bought locally. There is no perfume or essential-oil spray anywhere in the cycle, because those oils harm a cat's liver and kidneys. The shampoo leaves a light fresh scent on its own.
Can I sell them under my own brand (OEM / private label)?
Yes. We do OEM / ODM and private label from one unit up: your cabinet color, logo, panel printing, screen language, voltage, and packaging. A certificate of authorization is needed to print your logo.
Do you sell wholesale or offer a distributor program?
