- Water: one cold feed at 0.1–0.5 MPa. The machine heats and holds 38 °C ±2 °C itself, so no hot-water line is needed.
- Drain: a floor drain or standpipe. Hair and waste water are collected inside the machine on every cycle, so loose hair never reaches your line.

Will dog hair from the machine clog our drain line?

What happens if the machine fails at a unit far from any service center?
Downtime here isn't an unwashed dog — it's a gap in the decon record. Cover runs one year on the whole machine, five on the motor and water maker, and maintenance for life, wherever the unit is posted. Software faults we clear over the network.
