An Overview of Our Pet Wash Machine Manufacturing Process
A rebadger can change a sticker. We can change the panel, because every panel is cut, formed, painted and printed on our own floor.
Cut
Every cabinet panel is cut on our own fibre laser, straight from the drawing. A change to your design is a change to a file, not a new tooling order.
Form
Vents, latch holes and screen cut-outs are punched on CNC, then folded on press brakes. Move a screen or a door and the cut-outs move with it.
Finish
Your colour is painted onto the steel before assembly. It does not peel off an edge two winters later the way a wrap does.
Brand
Your logo and your on-machine instructions are printed on the panel itself. Send artwork, approve the proof, and we build to it.

Do you only print my logo, or can you really customise the machine?
Both. We own the design, so beyond your colour, logo, panel print, and screen UI, we change the machine itself — voltage, payment terminal, cold-climate builds, footprint, and feature sets. That is ODM, not a sticker on a stock unit.
What is the minimum order?
One. A single-location owner gets the same OEM branding as a distributor buying a container. Pricing improves with quantity, but there is no high minimum to clear.
What do you need to start?
Your brand assets (logo, colours), your target market and voltage, and the quantity. A certificate of authorization is required to print your logo. You approve a design proof before we build anything.
Can the software be branded and run a chain?
Yes. Every networked machine includes our management software, free and badged as yours: customer booking and payment, member and points systems, plus a backend that shows revenue per machine and manages multiple locations under your brand.
What is the lead time?
Production takes about 25 business days, and we ship by sea or by courier — FedEx, DHL or UPS. Tell us your country and how many you need, and you’ll have a quote within 24 hours.
Do you offer distributor or wholesale terms?
Yes. Distributors get quantity-break pricing, territory discussions, export documentation, and marketing materials. Tell us your market and target volume for a factory-direct quote.
Are the machines certified for export?
They are CE-ready (LVD + EMC) and RoHS compliant, and the certificates ship with the machine for your customs, insurer, or landlord.
What warranty comes with an OEM order?
The same as our own brand: a 1-year whole-machine warranty and lifetime support — parts shipped direct to you, faults diagnosed on a video call.
