Will a cat panic inside it?
Less than you’d think. The cabin is small, dark-calm, sealed against noise, and the dryer stays under 65 dB. Water holds at body-warm 38 °C. We have footage of a Ragdoll and a British Blue staying calm through full cycles — ask and we’ll send it.
Which pets fit?
Cats and dogs up to 15 kg (33 lbs), which covers nearly all cats and breeds like Poodles, Shih Tzus, Pomeranians and Frenchies. For anything bigger, step up to a full-size cabin. The PetWash Pro and the PetWash Store take dogs up to 70 kg. The PetWash Max adds a manual water gun and dryer for finishing a heavy coat by hand.
Does it really run on a normal socket?
Yes. At 1870 W it draws less than a kettle. We build it for 220–240 V or 110–120 V, whichever your country uses, so tell us the country with your order.
What plumbing does it need?
A water inlet and a drain nearby. Because it rolls on casters, many buyers park it next to an existing sink connection.
Why is there no fragrance option?
Because perfume and essential-oil sprays are toxic to cats, damaging the liver and kidneys, so we never built the sprayer rather than sell something that harms the animal it washes. That does not mean a pet comes out smelling of nothing. The machine runs a gentle, animal-friendly shampoo and conditioner that leave a light, fresh scent of their own, and the bath water is hydrogen-rich, which calms itching and dry skin. Your customer gets a pet that smells clean and is not carrying anything harmful home.
How is it kept clean between cats and dogs?
After every order the machine runs ozone, infrared, and UV-C for 4 minutes and clears hair and waste water. Cross-infection control is automatic.
Can it take payments like the big machines?
No, and that is deliberate. The Mini is built for indoor use where a person is there anyway, so the wash is either a service your staff performs or your own pet's bath, and the money is handled at your counter. If you want customers paying the machine directly and washing their own pet, that is what our full-size models are for: the PetWash Pro, the PetWash Store and the PetWash Max all take payment through Nayax.
What is the lead time?
Twenty-five business days to build, whether you order one or twenty. Sea freight for most orders, or FedEx, DHL and UPS when a room is already waiting for it.
How long does a wash take?
Around 30 minutes for a short coat and 40 for a long one, wash and dry included — the programs are adjustable. Automated wash cabins in the news run about 20 minutes but skip the triple rinse; we kept it, because leftover shampoo is what makes skin itch.
How much does the PetWash Mini cost?
Buyers assume the smallest cabin must be the cheapened one. It isn't. Motor and water maker carry the same 5-year warranty we put on the flagship, and the four-minute disinfection between pets is the same program the big cabins run. A single unit is a normal first order. Within 24 hours of hearing your country and quantity, you'll have a price.
What should a shop charge per wash?
Self-serve pet washes in North America commonly charge $10–$20. With coat-length programs you can price a long-hair wash above a short-hair one — set it on the screen or from your phone, change it any time.
What do I need at home besides the socket?
A water inlet and somewhere for the drain hose to run — a floor drain, a shower corner, or a balcony drain all work. The machine is 81 kg on casters, so it rolls to where the water is.
